The American-British forces launched two raids today, Thursday, on the Salif District, northwest of the coastal city of Hodeidah on the Red Sea, western Yemen, according to Al-Mayadeen’s correspondent.
A few days ago, an American-British aggression targeted the coast of Fazah in the Tuhayta District, south of Hodeidah province, with an airstrike.
The United States, along with Britain, is waging aggression on Yemen, affecting various provinces, coinciding with the continued operations of the Yemeni armed forces in support of Gaza, amidst the Israeli aggression.
The leader of the Ansar Allah movement, Sayyid Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, affirmed that no matter the conspiracies of the enemies, Yemen will stand up to them, emphasizing that Yemen has “many options and possesses pressure cards against the enemies.”
On June 6, he stated that the American-British aggression “will never affect our principled stance,” stressing that Yemen will not back down from its supportive stance towards Gaza, regardless of the level of American-British escalation.
He continued, “Any steps against our people will be considered aggression in service of the Israeli enemy and will be met with a response from our side,” adding that the loser is the one who loses in serving the Israeli enemy, confirming that Yemen will not stand idly by nor be shackled in the face of targeting the Yemeni people.
Sayyid al-Houthi pointed out that the American-British attacks on Yemen amounted to 487, including airstrikes and naval shelling, resulting in 55 martyrs and 78 injured in the “promised victory battle and holy jihad.”
