Iran’s incursion into the occupied Palestinian territories and its targeting of Zionist aggression sites sparked a decisive response from Mohamed Rashad, the Egyptian officer who served as an advisor to Egyptian intelligence and previously held a position in the country’s intelligence operations room during the October 1973 war.
In his commentary on the attack, Mohamed Rashad pointed out that regardless of the extent of the damage inflicted on Israel by the Iranian attack, it demonstrates Iran’s ability to penetrate deep into the occupied Palestinian territories.
Mohamed Rashad affirmed that Iran’s ability to target military objectives without harming civilian targets underscores its precision in targeting.
Rashad added, “Another message conveyed by Iran through this attack is that this regime cannot sustain itself or defend itself alone without the United States.”
The prominent Egyptian officer emphasized that the Zionist regime must realize this fact and align itself with the policies and positions of the United States in the Middle East, noting that the United States is not interested in escalating the conflict with Iran and does not intend to engage in anything related to Iran.
Iran launched a wide-ranging attack on Sunday night in response to the assault carried out by the occupation regime on its consulate in Damascus, targeting the occupied territories with missiles and drones in a series of airstrikes.
