The “AlWefaq” society strongly condemned the secret meeting held in Bahrain on Monday, June 10, 2024, between the Chief of Staff of the Zionist entity, Herzi Halevi, and the leaders of Arab armies, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, under the auspices of the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM).
In a statement released today, Thursday, June 13, 2024, “AlWefaq” stated: “From a humanitarian, national, religious, ethical, and patriotic standpoint, we affirm that these meetings constitute a great betrayal and organized terrorism,” pointing out that “the purpose of this meeting is to protect the Zionist entity and elevate the level of Arab security and military coordination and support with the entity in its war and terrorism against the Palestinian people and its plans to destroy the region and attack several Arab countries in the coming period.”
“AlWefaq” indicated that “these secret meetings have revealed that some Arabs are making insincere statements, while at the same time conspiring against the future of this region and its resources,” stressing that “the wars and conflicts being prepared to benefit the survival and continuity of the Zionist entity are a disgrace to Muslims and Arabs.”
It held the Bahraini regime, “which lacks the slightest level of popular legitimacy, responsible for turning the country into a military base for conspiracy and alliance with the enemies, in exchange for squandering and trading the sanctities of Muslims, their peoples, their countries, and their national security.”
