The President of the Gulf Institute for Democracy and Human Rights, Yahya AlHadid, made strong statements regarding the justifications provided by the U.S. State Department for the Israeli forces’ raid on the hospital in Jenin, resulting in the killing of patients and the wounded. Yahya Al-Hadid emphasized that the U.S. State Department justifies the actions of the occupying entity in a manner that contradicts international laws and humanitarian principles that obligate the protection of healthcare facilities and their staff.
Yahya AlHadid pointed out that the justifications presented by the U.S. State Department relate to the alleged use of the hospital for planning terrorist attacks, confirming that international humanitarian law criminalizes targeting medical institutions and considers killing and attacking the wounded as illegal acts.
In his statement, Al-Hadid considered the Israeli forces’ crime of raiding the hospital in Jenin, using medical attire, as a crime against humanity.

The President of the Gulf Institute for Democracy and Human Rights, Yahya AlHadid, indicated that any international alliance intending to launch a military strike against Yemen would result in an expansion of the conflict, warning that it could extend to the Strait of Hormuz and the Arabian Sea.
Al-Hadid explained that this would mean a threat to 17% of global oil production coming to a halt, in addition to the interruption of 40% of maritime shipping passing through the Bab el-Mandeb strait.
He pointed out that Western nations may not be able to bear the economic burdens resulting from the United States’ decision to venture into this context.
Al-Hadid also criticized the blockade operations imposed by Israeli forces on the Gaza Strip and emphasized the importance of providing aid and food supplies to the Palestinian people in the region.
