In the context of his statements, Sayed Taher AlMousawi clarified the widening scope of aggression and American airstrikes to include five different Arab countries: Palestine, Yemen, Lebanon, Iraq, and Syria. These countries are facing increasing pressure and attacks exacerbating their humanitarian suffering and negatively impacting their infrastructure and local economies. This is happening without effective response from the Arab League, Arab regimes, Arab media, or Arab civil society to address these escalating crises.
In his post on the Ex platform, he pointed out that when an Arab ruler is upset about a particular word, all Arab regimes move to condemn and denounce it, issuing threatening statements and holding emergency meetings. But where are they now?
Sayed Taher AlMousawi stated that once upon a time, a Bahraini youth shouted for freedom and justice, and the Arab world rose up, mobilizing their universities, armies, and all their power and might to support the government in confronting and silencing him. They exploited all their diplomatic relations, bought favors from media outlets and organizations everywhere.
He concluded the tweet by asking: “Where are they today? Why all this silence?”
